NEXT DAY DELIVERY
Next day delivery service will deliver your order the next working day to UK mainland addresses, providing that the order is placed before 2pm Mon-Thurs.
Orders placed with next day delivery after 2pm Mon-Thurs will be sent the following working day.
Orders placed with next day delivery on a Saturday or Sunday will be sent on Monday for a Tuesday delivery.
Orders placed with next day delivery on a Bank Holiday will be sent on the next available working day.
Our next day delivery service is not available for customers in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight.
If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we’ll be happy to take the goods back as long as they are unworn and they still have the labels attached within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns are processed within 3 working days of us receiving the goods back. This may take
longer to process your return at Christmas or Bank Holidays.
Please allow up to 3-5 working days for refunds to show on your account. We’ll refund you by the same method as payment.
We can only exchange an item for a different size or colour in the same style or for a different product of the same price as the original item.
Return Information: Please ensure all packages are sent back by recorded delivery, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit.
